The Bull, Highgate
We meet at the Bull at noon, for a pint and a some grub to set us up for the day. The Bull has its own microbrewery and serves a range of craft beers.
Charles Dickens and Peter Sellers both lived within spitting distance of The Bull. Although there’s no record of them ever having met.
When we leave The Bull for our first run, we'll make our way down Broadlands Road to Hampstead Lane, passing Highgate School. Sir John Betjeman was taught here by TS Eliot. And Jonny Borrell from Razorlight had his lunch money nicked by Phil Tufnell. Probably.
