The Spaniards Inn
Probably the most historic pub in the universe. Big shady garden and incredible period interior.

History
The Spaniards Inn was built as a tollgate in 1585 and both the pub and the tollhouse are listed buildings. Dick Turpin is said to have used the pub to watch the road for potential victims. It's mentioned in The Pickwick Papers and Bram Stoker's Dracula, and Romantic badboys Byron and Keats were regulars.
